Orenda Art Works is pleased to present Scenes of China, a selection of photographs by Chinese photographer Dong Dai. A lover of street photography, Dai strives to preserve cultures and traditions with his lens. Peer into the everyday life of a herdsman in Xinjiang, celebrate with young girls from Daliang Mountain dressed in traditional garb, relax in a tea house in Sichuan, or witness the Summer Palace covered in snow and the Great Wall at Jiankou blanketed by an oncoming storm. Dong Dai captures moments of movement, stillness, and most of all - life.
